Senior Electrical Test Engineer
The Senior Electrical Test Engineer serves as the organization’s subject matter expert in electronic testing, measurement systems, laboratory instrumentation, and test automation. This role is responsible fordesigning and implementing advanced test solutions, developing reliable measurement methodologies, solving complex technical challenges, and providing technical leadership and mentorship across engineering teams.
Preferred Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related technical field.
- 5+ years experience in Electrical Engineering
- Proficiency with Python, LabVIEW, MATLAB, C/C++, or similar test automation tools.
- Extensive hands-on experience with electrical testing and laboratory instrumentation.
- Experience designing custom DAQs, automated test systems, fixtures, and signal-conditioning circuits.

Software Test Engineer
The Software Test Engineer will be responsible for the design, implementation, testing, and debugging of software used in test infrastructure supporting the characterization of embedded components and systems. Working alongside senior engineers, this engineer will participate in test system design, firmware development, and automated testing, while contributing to aerospace and high-reliability engineering projects.
Preferred Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Proficiency in Python or other scripting languages and exposure to communication protocols such as SPI, I2C, UART, CAN, Ethernet, or USB.
- Familiarity with embedded systems, microcontrollers, or low-level software concepts.
- Experience with programming in C or C++.
- Familiarity with embedded architectures and frameworks, such as STM32, Arduino, MSP430, PIC.

Electrical Test Engineer
The Electrical Test Engineer designs, develops, and executes complex test solutions for embedded electronic systems. This role combines hands-on electrical engineering, embedded systems expertise, and advanced test automation to generate high-quality data that informs product development, verification, qualification, and mission assurance decisions. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable debugging hardware on a lab bench, developing automated test software, and designing instrumentation systems capable of capturing everything from low-speed sensor data to high-speed analog events.
Preferred Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- 1-7 years of experience in electrical test, embedded systems, hardware validation, or related engineering roles.
- Proficiency with serial communication protocols such as SPI, I2C, UART, CAN, Ethernet, USB, and RS-422/485.
- Experience programming and debugging microcontrollers, processors, or FPGA-based systems.
- Strong scripting and software development skills, particularly Python.
